As a part of our family company Peter Lane Photography I’ve covered hundreds of weddings in London, rest of UK and Europe.

I’m a full-time female wedding photographer and videographer and together with my husband and team of female photographers and videographers we’re available to serve different types of weddings – Jewish, Muslim, Bengali, Iraqi, Somali, Hindu & Sikh weddings.

Wedding photography is personal and intimate, especially for some communities and I’m happy to be chosen as a trusted and reliable female photographer.

I am based in London and photograph & film weddings in the city, all over UK and internationally with my husband the well known top photographer Peter Lane.

Why do I need a female wedding photographer?

It is less awkward having a female photographer in the room during the preps for your wedding. If you are half-naked whilst being buttoned or corseted into your gown – you may have to deal with the dreaded nip slip at some point and you might feel more comfortable knowing it’s just girls in the room. For the groom and the boys, we can be fashion and artistic but also candid and documentary, depends on your wedding and personality.

Your female photographer is already married which is a huge advantage for you! Because we intimately understand the emotional essence of the big day. 

Learning from the best, my husband though me how to pay attention and photograph or film those little details a bride might have that only another woman can understand – like when you tilt your head a certain way and it instantly creates a double chin, or when you’re standing at a particular angle that adds 2 kilos to your arms. Female photographers keep a sharp eye out for those unflattering angles and poses and not just of you, but of all your family and guests too.
